New garage
When we bought the Golf House, there was a small shed used to house the good cart and tools etc. Bo tore down the old shed and started on this new garage this morning!

What do copper water pipes installed in 1949 look like in 2014?!
Well....what do copper pipes installed in 1949, look like today...in 2014? Let me show you:
They look like they are about to blow at any moment!!!
They look like, if not for the massive amounts of corrosion encasing the nonexistent pipe, we would be showcased on a flood insurance commercial! Lucky for The Golf House (and us) we knew the pipes were in need of repair when we purchased our labor if love in April 2011. We strategically planed our battle to begin on the outside and work our way in. We started with the bathrooms in October with the hitting of Garrity's bathroom. Thursday night we moved out of our master bedroom and Bo started demo on the master bathroom last night (for fun).
This morning, when the plumbers arrived, the urban legend of The Golf House water pipes was laid to rest. Yes, they were corroded, and need to be replaced!
